Lokoja—The Kogi Government yesterday, said it would partner with the Female Artistes Association of Nigeria for the development and appreciation of arts.
Dr Tom Ohikere, the Commissioner for Information, made the promise in Lokoja at a gallery of arts exhibition by female artistes, as part of the activities marking the fifth anniversary of a Lokoja based newspaper.
He said the state was blessed with brilliant and talented artistes, who could prove their mettle at any art exhibition, adding that government was very impressed with their activities.
